Our Favorite Mid-Ranged Android Smartphones

We're in 2016 and living in world were there are many different types of smartphones for different types of people and prices, you can't get a bad smartphone any more.

OnePlus 3T

Our favorite mid-ranged smartphone just got better. The company OnePlus announced a new version of their flagship device. The device has a quadcore SnapDragon 821 processor, 6GB of ram, and the base storage is 64GB. All of this in a aluminum body and a 5.5in screen for $450. Software wise, the phone is running an all most stock version of Android 6.0 with a slightly tweaked UI call OxygenOS. With Oxygen OS you're able to customize your phone more then other Android smartphones, you can install icon packs to your phone and install them without a third-party launcher. You can also change the color scheme to light or dark with different accent colors.

Lenovo Moto Z Play

The Moto Z Play is personally one of my favorite smartphones on this list. The Moto Z Play is a cheaper version then it's expensive brother the Moto Z. This device also supports MotoMods so you can attach a power pack or even a projector to it. What I like most about about this phone is the battery life, it can last up to two days. What's helping to make the battery life so long is the octo-core SnapDragon 625 processor which doesn't effect your battery at all. The phone has a big 5.5in full HD display so it's perfect to watch videos on. The phone runs stock Android 6.0 and will soon get Android 7.0 Nougat. The Verizon version is available for $408 full or $17 per month. The unlocked version is $450 and available on amazon.

Lenovo Moto G4 Play

The cheaper version of the already cheap Moto G4, the Moto G4 Play is for the people who want a stock version of Android at a cheap price, $150 or $100 Amazon Prime version. The phone has a 5in 720p display, 16GB of storage, a SnapDragon 410 processor with 2GB ram and a 8 megapixel camera. The phone is also carrier friendly and is available on all of the major US networks, just put in a sim card and it should start working right a way.
