I have a question for you, have any of you wanted to learn a new language? Like Spanish, French or Japanese and have no idea where to go or where to the start? If the answer's yes, then you're no the only one, a lot of people have the same problem. Well lucky for you because we live in the digital age! This means that learning a language can be easy as ever after you download a certain app. If you guys have no idea what app to download then I recommend that you try these apps out.
Duolingo
If you guys haven't heard of duolingo, it's the most used language learning app. This app is available for people in many countries and different languages support each country. The app is available for both iPhone, Android and online and the app is free. I recommend this app for people who want to learn languages with Roman characters(ABC) like Spanish or French. If you want to learn a language with a different alphabet then I recommend something else. The languages that's supported on this app are mostly languages that you can learn fast because we can recognize the standard alphabet in almost every language.
Memrise
Memrise is similar to duolingo with the languages but more are supported for english learners and lesson plans are more thought out than duolingo and, my opinion, the learn might remember stuff more with all the practice you go through. I recommend this app if you want to learn a language with a different alphabet, I personally use this app to learn Japanese and Korean, with the lesson plan and all the practicing I'm definitely learning something, ありがとうMemrise! The app is available for iPhone, Android and online for free with a premium plan available.
HiNative
This app is more like a side app that can help you study. HiNative is a social that allows you to talk to other users, who are also learning the same language, help you with spelling, pronounce, etc. You can add as many languages you want but I do warn you this app can be slow. I also wanted to warn you guys that even though you can learn new words, I don't recommend this as your native language learning app. This app is available for both iPhone and Android.
HelloTalk
If you feel a little more advanced and ready to talk to people in that language then download this app. HelloTalk is a text messaging app that allows you to communicate with people from other countries who are learning your language. This app is kind of like a language exchange or a pen pal but texting. This app is free to download and available for iPhone and Android with a advanced to add more languages.
