"Pure" or Stock Android Devices

For people who are into smartphones or technology, or for people who are trying to get into both of those subjects, you might of heard of a term Pure and/or Stock Android, I'm just going to say Stock Android. Stock Android is basically a version of Android without a OEM skin, a user interface that is laid on top of the operating system by a company, the version of Android that Google, the creators, intended it to be.

If you don't know, Google created Android to be customizable. Since Google made Android customizable, this lets different OEMs like LG or Samsung put a Custom UI or user interface on top of Android.

"Why do companies put a custom UI on top of Android?" Since the majority of smartphones run Android today, companies want to make their Android phones to look different and appealing to customers.

"What's the difference between Stock Android and Android with a UI?"
The difference between the two is that stock Android allows devices to get the latest version of Android faster. Also, when Google announce features that's in that version of Android, the phone that runs stock Android will get it unlike versions of Android with a UI on top.

If you guys are interested in stock Android and wondering what devices have stock Android then I recommend these devices:

Nexus

The two Nexus phones that are available right now is the Nexus 5X and the Nexus 6P. Both of the phones can be bought unlocked only on both the Google Store and Amazon. Both phones work on all the major US carriers but not available through those carriers. The Nexus 5X is made by LG and costs $340. The phone has a 5.2in display, 12MP rear facing camera, 5MP selfie camera, and a fingerprint scanner branded. The other phone, Google's flagship, the Nexus 6P is made by Huawei and costs $499. The device has a 5.7in display, 12MP rear facing camera, 8MP selfie camera and a fingerprint scanner. If you want a pure Android phone then I recommend getting these phones if you want a stock Android experience straight from Google.
WARNING:
Both of these phones are supported until fall of next year, the next devices for 2016 is coming out later this year.

Motorola

Motorola, formerly owned by Google, puts Stock Android on their phones plus a few extra things called Moto Enhancements(Moto Display, Moto Voice and Moto Actions). The top Phones that I recommend are the Moto G4 plus and Moto Z. The Moto G4 Plus, the cheapest on this list, is available through Motorola and works on all major US carriers, it costs $250 and can be customized through Moto Maker. The Moto Z is not out yet but with all the features that the phone has is worth the wait. The phone has modular accessories and the world's thinnest phone. It's available through Verizon on July 28th and available unlocked in the fall.
