New Amazon Prime Exclusive Devices
For those of you who don't know what Prime exclusive phones are, they're phones sold exclusively through Amazon to people who are subscribed to Amazon Prime account at a discounted price.
Amazon can sell these phones at a discounted price is because they display ads on the lockscreen, and only on the lockscreen, meaning that they don't show up or pop up anywhere else so they don't affect your experience on the device. They also come with Amazon apps pre-installed.
At first the only devices that are Prime exclusive were the Moto G4 and G5, the Blu R1 HD, and the Alcatel A30, but Amazon announced today that many more are being added to the family of devices. These devices are the Alcatel A30 Plus, A50, Idol 5S, the Motorola E4, and the Nokia 6.
